The Gospel                                                                  WT #369

PART TWO

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard [having heard] the Word of (the) truth, the gospel of your salvation [deliverance]: in whom also after that ye believed [having believed], ye were sealed with that (the) holy spirit of (the) promise.                                                                                                                                                                   EPHESIANS 1:13

That the nations should be fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ [in Christ Jesus] by [means of] the gospel.                                                                                                                                              EPHESIANS 3:6

And your feet shod with the preparation (preparedness) of the gospel of peace.                                                                        EPHESIANS 6:15

And [pray] for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel.                                                                                                                                                                     EPHESIANS 6:19

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you. Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now.                                                                                                           PHILIPPIANS 1:3-5

Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.                                                                                 PHILIPPIANS 1:7

But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel.                                                                                                                                      PHILIPPIANS 1:12

But the other of [out of] love, knowing that I am set for the defense of the gospel.                                                 PHILIPPIANS 1:17

Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of (the) Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the believing of the gospel.           PHILIPPIANS 1:27

But ye know the proof of him [Timothy], that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel.                       PHILIPPIANS 2:22

And I entreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.                                                                                                                                                                           PHILIPPIANS 4:3

Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only. For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.                                                                                                                                                                    PHILIPPIANS 4:15-16

For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the Word of the truth of the gospel.                     COLOSSIANS 1:5

If ye continue in the believing, grounded and settled, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister.             COLOSSIANS 1:23

For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in holy spirit, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.                                                                                                  I THESSALONIANS 1:5

But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention. For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile: But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts. For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloke of covetousness; God is witness: Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ. But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherisheth her children: So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you, not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls, because ye were dear unto us. For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.                                                                                                                I THESSALONIANS 2:2-9

And sent Timotheus, our brother, and minister of God, and our fellowlabourer in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you concerning your believing.                                                                                                                                      I THESSALONIANS 3:2

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our lord Jesus Christ.                                  II THESSALONIANS 1:7-8

But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you brethren, beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto He called you by (means of) our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.                                                                                                                   II THESSALONIANS 2:13-15
