Long Petty 185mm sloyd-knifeThis Tetsu long Petty feature a medium size blade (for a petty), good distal taper, and thin tip. Low bevels with flat profile. The San mai is made from V Toku 2 steel core with clean wrought iron cladding. Forged to shape and to geometry the blade is ground on water cooled grinding wheel.
