The handle is made from African black wood and fossilised wooly mammoth tusk from the last ice age

The geometry is hand forged leaving plenty of brut de forge finish on the bevels

The forge finish has been left on but brushed clean

while the engravings subtly reference familiar mechanical markings and visual motifs

The added clearance also gives you more freedom and comfort while preparing food

It has a brushed finished with a polished spine and choil

The “Bloom” Nakiri is made from 26C3 carbon steel and sits at 175mm long and a generous 60mm in height
