This 5 hectare vineyard is a mix of clay and limestone soil. The 30 year old vines are hand harvested, with grapes picked in successive passes. Wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, and production is around 1,250 cases per year. Delicate aromas of honey, citrus, apricot, candied fruit and acacia flower.
