We started harvesting Cabernet Sauvignon on the 22nd August

it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity

The hand-harvested grapes were destemmed before going through a soft-pressing

3 times during the vintage to ensure that the grapes have good botrytis and healthiness

in which the free run juice is obtained

both of which are equipped with the latest technology

This gives way to a matrix of alluvial soil (volcanic rock which was rounded by erosion as it was carried many kilometres from high up in the Andes mountains)
