Soulful and slightly wild, but beautifully balanced, this rouge has an irresistible gotand parfumde terroir that smells like the domaine on a hot day, when the garrigue surrounding the vines is sweating aromas of lavender and rosemary. The strong, stony finish begs for charcuterie or grilled sausages on a crusty baguette.
