Cu Bocan 15yr old Oloroso Sherry ABV: 50% Longrow SpringbankNose: Dried fruits, singed orange peel, cinder toffee. Some notes of black cherry & cassis develop in the glass. Palate: Berries and cherries, orange zest, and roasted walnuts balance rich charred oak and leather. Delicate peat rests comfortably beside aromatic cooking spices. Finish: Crunchie bars, dried currants, and poached pear bring things to a close, with light smoke and spice lingering. Bottle Size: 7cls ABV: 50%

NOSE: Vibrant and intense aromas of ruby red fruits and warm vanilla complement the fiery bitter sweetness of cinnamon bark and the smouldering richness of devilishly dark chocolate
