Presenting La Araucaria Tinto, a vintage from 100 year old Listan Negro vines, grown via the unique cordn trenzado method (braided vines) on Mount Teide's slopes. Grapes are hand picked & destemmed, then fermented in steel tanks, followed by malolactic aging in oldaged Burgundy
