Hayman's Gently Rested Gin 70cl Emporia BrandsThis release from the Hayman's team is inspired by the original style of Gin that was once sold back in the 1800's which was sold straight from the cask. This Gin is produced and then aged for three weeks inside Scotch Whisky Barrels where it gains a deeper flavour. The result is a Gin which has the typical flavours of Juniper which is met with Citrus Bursts and a Soft Oak.

A sugary stone fruit and fresh orange almonds aroma with an initial sweetness leading into marzipan

This release from the Jaffa 2512 team takes Fresh Lemons which are hand picked and pressed and infuses them into their Classic Gin which creates a Refreshing Zesty flavour with obvious notes of Citrus running throughout and hints of Juniper

toffee and a suggestion of coriander are all there

Broker’s Gin is specially blended to be dry…not unlike the British sense of humour
