Ca'Viola Riesling Langhe 2017 (750ml) SustainableThis riesling is sourced from a 1 hectare plot in a vineyard called Cissone. The vineyard is planted at a 5,000 vines per hectare density and is farmed with organic practices. In the winery the grapes go through a soft press and ferment in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 20 days. The riesling is then left to age 'sur lie' for 10 months before bottling.
