Vire Clesse Cuvee Speciale Andre Bonhomme Vintage 2012 VINTAGE WINES 1982The Vir Clesse Cuve Spciale is a blend of several plots aged between 45 and 75 years. These plots are planted on clay limestone soils in the middle and top of the hillside. Vinification is carried out naturally in stainless steel vats and oak barrels for a period of 12 months before blending in stainless steel vats to prepare for bottling. The Cuve Spciale is a versatile cuve that is fruity, structured, and complex. Typical blend Chardonnay. 75cl
